the JYNX

We're still in the design phase of this project with a goal of opening doors before the end of 2027. We'll be sending out updates periodically and in the meantime, check out the current design on the About page! We're appreciate any feedback on the plan and how to make it a success. Thanks

UPDATE: October 15th, 2026 Hello Future Fans!

Here's what we've been working on. We've received approval from the Binghamton Planning Board and from CAUD (Committee on Architecture and Design). We've applied for a NYS REDC (Regional Economic Development Commission) grant to help cover some of the costs of construction, which we should hear about late this year. We're also looking into a PILOT (Payment in Lieu of Taxes) to help manage the Real Estate and Sales Tax associated with the project. We're hoping to have all this information in hand in January so we can make a final decision to move forward. If everything continues to fall into place, we would look to break ground in the Spring of 2027!. Wish us luck! Thanks the JYNX
